Kenosha Public Museum 

The Kenosha Public Museum is a natural sciences and fine and decorative arts museum. Established in 1933, the Museum's collections have grown to over 70,000, including almost 1,000 works in the fine arts collection. Exhibit programming includes world cultures, Native Americans, zoology, geology, fossils, and fine and decorative arts. A natural history and fine and decorative arts museum. General admission is free. Group fees may apply. Open 9am - 5pm, except Sun - Mon open at noon.


CIVIL WAR MUSEUM - Kenosha, WI

Located in Kenosha, Wisconsin, the Civil War Museum is like no other museum in the country. No current museum explores this war as seen and experienced on the home front nor the connections between the home front and the battle front. Through state-of-the-art museum technology, life-size dioramas, and interactive engaging exhibits, visitors travel back in history to the social, political and economic influences that contributed to the Civil War. Gen Admission: $9. (adult) Children 15 & under are free.


DINOSAUR MUSEUM - Kenosha, WI

The Dinosaur Discovery Museum is the only museum to exclusively focus on the link between birds and meat-eating dinosaurs, one of the most complete known fossil records. The Carthage Institute of Paleontology is housed in the Museum, and it is dedicated to the preparation and conservation of real dinosaur fossils. Dramatic life-size dinosaur replica casts, interactive exhibits, bones, fossils, engaging family programs and activities. Free admission. Open Tue - Sun, 12 - 5 pm.
