1:30pm Grab a spot downtown and watch the 33rd Annual Christmas Card Town Parade with decorated floats, novelty acts, music, animals and Mr. & Mrs. Clause.
6:30pm Experience the small town comfort and joy of the holiday season in Elkhorn. Join Peoples Bank Friday, December 5th at 6:30pm as we light up the town with Christmas Spirit at the Town Christmas Tree Lighting with the big man himself, Santa Claus, and a special helper wave their wand to magically light the tree in the downtown square. Afterwards, all are welcome to the Matheson Memorial Library for the Peoples Bank sponsored Santa and Mrs. Claus Reception. Enjoy free hot chocolate, cookies, music and crafts while the kids wait for their turn to tell Santa what they want for Christmas. Parents don’t forget to bring your cameras to capture this memorable moment.
